"O-OH-H DAD! ...it's a SCHWINN!"

This vintage Schwinn Bicycle ad was published during the holiday season of 1951. I believe it is cut out of the LIFE Magazine due to the size of the piece, but it is not identifiable from the ad copy. It has the perfect mid-century look and feel with the red headed boy in the corner and the Schwinn Phantom bicycle prominently displayed in front of the fireplace and the Christmas tree.

The ad copy of precious also - Your youngster's joy is bound to be greater when the bike you give is a Schwinn...because Schwinn is the bike every child wants.

The left edge is less than straight as that was where it was removed from the magazine. All other edges are in good shape with minor imperfections. The paper has yellowed with age. Will be shipped in a protective plastic sleeve and should be stored in that manner, if not framed.

Do you have someone in your life celebrating a milestone birthday this year that would be nostalgic for the Schwinn Phantom bicycle? Frame this piece for the perfect gift!
