Antique Miniature Ironstone Tea Cups and Saucers

Antique Miniature Ironstone Tea Cups and Saucers

$22.50
My parents owned a Collectibles and Toy store back in the 1990s. They had a wonderful assortment of collectible stuffed animals and folk art décor, but too many to keep now that they have retired. I will be listing quite a few items from their collection over the next few weeks so stay tuned if you are a collector of cute things!

One of their specialties was antique ironstone miniature tea sets. They had many pieces that were in their inventory. Instead of selling as a full lot, they have been broken into numerous lots of varying combinations and sizes.

This listing is for distressed ironstone cups and saucers that were likely made in the 1900s. You can decide which cup goes on which saucer, you can't go wrong. There are 7 sets. Some have open handles, some have solid handles. All but one of the saucers have a ring for the cup to sit on. They are in antique condition with slight cracks and a few chips, flea bites and imperfections, but nothing dramatic. There are also three little plates that come with the set! No manufacturer markings on any piece.

They are very old and rare, so tiny and lovable. Place them onto any shelf or mantel display and they will be the perfect finishing touch.
