My parents owned a Collectibles and Toy store back in the 1990s. They had a wonderful assortment of collectible stuffed animals and folk art décor, but too many to keep now that they have retired. I remember this folk art style being popular in the 1980s . The artisan hand made these folk art figures out of stretched fabric/canvas and painted them. They were then finished with a mod-podge type top coat. This one is the cutest Raggedy Ann with her rag doll face and mop of red hair. She is wearing a blue dotted dress with a starched apron with a little red hear. She is initialed on the bottom, dK.

She stands well on her own. The only signs of aging of note are some loose threads in the red bow around her neck. She would really display nicely with your collection of folk art artifacts.
