I believe this to be the Royal Stewart Tartan (also called Royal Stewart Modern) pattern. It has dominant red over-checks that intersect through navy blue and dark green fields and thin yellow lines running parallel to the red lines. My research tells me this is the personal tartan of King Charles III and is the most widely recognized of all Scottish tartans.
Additionally, this is a great addition for collectors and fans of true British appointed wool works & Pendleton alike!

Wonderful to be used for your next stadium visit or the perfect addition for your cabin, cottage, lake house or even retro camper or travel trailer. (How about for your next "glamping adventure"!) It would make a great tablecloth for an outdoor picnic or table scape photo shoot also!

And don't forget to use it over the back of the sofa or at the foot of your bed during the cooler season. The throw is light weight enough, although so warm due to the wool fabric, to use as a cozy shawl or as a fall photo prop. Seems that there is a reason to have this throw for all four seasons!

The throw is in very nice condition - no stains or off odors and ready to be used or gifted. There is a slight fuzziness to the surface from age/use but nothing dramatic. The only noted flaw is one small area where the fringe is cut off. The un-fringed sides are finished with visible stitches. There are some speckles of small lint and other surface materials that can be seen in the darker areas the most. I think it is just from every day use - no weird pet smells or mustiness.

This is a larger profile throw than others I usually source. The last picture shows a few other throws I have in my shop. They are sold separately.
