This is a lovely Limited Edition print from Vicki Spillers, an amateur artist from Melbourne Florida. It is taped to a pressed board backing and has a simple white mat surrounding the print. There is a Certificate of Authenticity included with the piece. It has the following information:

Artist hereby warrants that this limited edition print was created, approved, signed and numbered by Vicki Spillers. The artist assigns this certificate to the owner of said limited edition print. Image copyright Vicki Spillers. Her contact information is also included on the bottom of the certificate.

The image is an overhead view of a set of three gold pears in a beautiful teal blue bowl. Surrounding the pears is a bright red tablecloth with harvest colored flowers and greenery. Very lovely. The print is in perfect condition. It is signed in the lower left hand corner Spillers 6/300 in gold. Spillers is in pink in the bottom right hand corner as well.

I was not able to locate any other information on Vicki so I do not know if she is still painting.
