A Modern Hamilton Book by Frank Gates Ellett Signed by Author

$30.00
This is a really special book, in the time of Hamilton-mania! It is a political novel in which the protagonist attacks the current colonial policy of the United States. It was set in southwestern Michigan and the author, Frank Gates Ellett, was a Presbyterian minister by trade and lived in Mason, Michigan. It was published by Press of Frank H. West Detroit, Mich. The book is signed by the author beneath his picture on the fly leaf page. Copyright 1912.

The book is in very nice condition. The red cloth cover has some signs of age and the pages have colored with age but the binding is still very strong, there are no marks in the book and the all pages are in tact.

This is a nice companion piece to the Washington's Farewell Address book as they both have similar fabric covers in muted vintage colors. They would also work well for Independence Day, Veterans Day, Memorial Day or even Christmas decor!
