This is a really lovely piece of vintage cross stitch with Americana vibes and the sweetest Home Sweet Home sentiment.

This would be the perfect house warming gift for the person who appreciates vintage! I could envision this in the entryway of a house as a backdrop to all the love and friendship that emerges.

The background fabric is cream colored and the sentiment is stitched in colonial blue with a border of colonial red and blue salt box houses. The piece has a colonial blue mat with a laser cut border to compliment the stitchery. The frame is a high gloss rounded edge wood frame painted colonial red.

The piece appears to be in excellent condition, leading me to believe it has been behind glass most of it's life. The frame shows little signs of aging, with tight corners and clean surfaces.

The back is covered in brown cardboard taped into the frame and there is a claw tooth hanger.

Sweet piece.
