My parents owned a Collectibles and Toy store back in the 1990s. They had a wonderful assortment of collectible stuffed animals and other décor items, but too many to keep now that they have retired. This is a small trinket dish of small rim bowl from Woodbury Pewterers.

The tag from Woodbury Pewter included indicates; Woodbury Pewter is made by hand in Woodbury, Connecticut, USA and the pride and skills of our craftsmen are clearly apparent in every piece. Woodbury Pewter is of the highest quality and is safe for use with food and beverages. Care of Pewter is on the reverse side.

I do not think this was a food bowl or porringer (a small bowl, typically with a handle, used for soup, stew, or similar dishes.) but rather a trinket or display dish due to the small sides. It has the Woodbury Pewter logo on the back. It has a plain top rim and a single decorative handle.

This has never been used for food service. It does have some slight storage marks but is in really nice vintage condition.

Dimensions:
6 1/2" with handle, bowl itself is 4 3/4" in diameter and 1" tall
