The perfect piece to keep by the fire pit to ward off the evening chills. This is a Brant Forde brand 100% wool lap blanket in a wonderful blue tartan plaid with fringe on both ends.

Wonderful to be used for your next stadium visit or the perfect addition for your cabin, cottage, lake house or even retro camper or travel trailer. (How about for your next "glamping adventure"!) It would make a great tablecloth for an outdoor picnic or table scape photo shoot also!

And don't forget to use it over the back of the sofa or at the foot of your bed during the cooler season. The throw is light weight enough, although so warm due to the wool fabric, to use as a cozy shawl or as a fall photo prop. Seems that there is a reason to have this throw for all four seasons!

The throw is in really nice condition - no stains or off odors and ready to be used or gifted. The un-fringed sides are finished with black hem stitches. Some areas have had the stitching updated.

I was able to find a few other throws and blankets with the same label in my research. The brand name comes from Brantford Canada that has mills along the Grand River. But I could not find any other history of the Brant Forde brand:
