This little cutie is the perfect little tin to add to your cabin décor for any season. It is a vintage biscuit or candy tin designed to look like a wicker picnic basket or suitcase. These types of decorative tins were popular in the late 19th and early 20th centuries, often used for packaging treats from British companies.

It has a wicker look top and sides with a faux-leather look for the edges, corners and handle, just like a small suitcase from that timeframe would have been produced. There are even rivets and stitching included in the design of the "faux leather" accents.

This tin is in decent vintage condition with quite a bit of patina/wear from age. The lid comes on and off tightly, due primarily to oxidation on the edges of the lid. This could benefit from a good clean up. There is surface oxidation on the top as well but it is more tactile than visual. There is a small portion of the original label on the back but no other manufacturer or company marking. The inside is fairly clean, it is primarily showing it's age around the edges. The colors and graphics are still quite nice and it would display well.
