How cute are these! A pair of vintage handmade wool needlepoint art pieces of a Hummel style boy and girl in excellent vintage condition. Each piece is framed in a simple brown wood frame and no glass. No stains, holes or missing stitches in the needlepoint.

The little boy is playing his instrument, serenading the yellow bird in a tree. The little girl is knitting and observing the blue bird in a tree. Could they be singing to each other? They both are wearing traditional Tyrolean garb. The colors mirror those of Hummel style figurines.

The frames have some scuffs and scratches due to age but the stitchery is in excellent vintage condition.

They both have brown striped paper covering on the back with a hanging wire. The Parisienne Gallery Picture Frame Shop gold stickers are on the back of each. The sticker on the girl is much more curled up than the sticker on the boy.
