Here is a fun little set of vintage plates with fruit themes. They would be wonderful for the summer barbeque or picnic basket inclusion.

1 - Vintage Braided Trim Square Plate from Johnson Brothers England. It has a lovely sky-blue color background with white trim and colorful fruits in the center. It is in good vintage condition- it has no cracks or crazing, but some blue color is faded and there are usage marks on the painted fruit center. It still will look nice on a display. Marked on the back R J with Crown logo, Johnson Bros Made in England.

2 - Vintage Scalloped Edge Round plates, unmarked. They both have lovely gold filagree designs around the outside scalloped edges with a solid color band and individual fruit in the center. The purple plums have a dark blue band and the yellow apple has a peach colored band. They are in really good vintage condition- no cracks or crazing, but some slight fading of the outside gold paint. No usage marks on the fruit images in the centers. They display well. No back marks. Dimensions: 8 1/2" diameter
