I imagine this to be a souvenir from a favorite trip to the Alps. I found this at an Estate sale of world travelers and thought it was just so cute.

The piece is a miniature copper plate with a carved metal handle and a painted folk art decoration in the center. On the top is Zurich. There is a hole in the top of the handle for hanging and three little metal key hangers on the bottom. Really cute!

Everything is in decent vintage condition. The handle and hooks are and still firmly affixed to dish and the painting is in really nice shape. Everything needs to be polished. Even after polishing there may be some loss to the metal finish but I think it would still display well.
