Oh what fun to use at the upcoming holiday season for gifting - fill with candy, money or other treats and place them in stockings, on gifts, or just use for Secret Santa exchanges. Guaranteed to be the most unique gift of the holiday season. These types of boxes were originally produced as candy boxes and have the most wonderful lithograph images on all sides and string handles on the top. Three boxes are available and they are sold separately.

These boxes have the distinction of being able to be used for Christmas or New Years, which is a nice bonus. On one side - Father time and the baby new year are greeting each other and A Happy New Year is noted. On the other side - Santa is preparing to go down the chimney with his sack of toys (how will be fit?) and A Merry Christmas is noted. The top and bottom have a snowy scene of a village church. The ends that open are green with birds. These have never been assembled into boxes. There are two available, sold separately.

The box is marked Made in U.S.A. and No. 85. In excellent condition with just a bit of aging noted but no rips, tears or creases. They both have their original string handles still attached.
