"From George...To George" 200 Years of Presidential Quotations Limited Edition 1989 from George H.W. Bush's initial year in office, this is a fascinating view of Americana from a political point of view. The opening letter from President Bush indicates this book to be a collection of remarks and essays by me and the 40 other men who have served as Presidents from 1789 to 1989. There is also a color photograph of George Bush from the early years of his Presidency.

The collection was compiled by Donald L. Miller and John Sargent with special assistance from Jason L. Stern. Copyright 1989 and was produced by the Republican Presidential Task Force. The Table of Contents indicates the remarks are categorized into the following sections:
Historic Perspective, The Government, The Marketplace, The People, Areas of Trial, The World and The Future. The final pages of the book include Presidential Biographies of all 40 Presidents with black and white pictures of each. 156 Pages in Total.

The book is in very nice vintage condition. The binding is tight and no writing on any of the pages. The navy blue cover with gold foil printing is really nice and displays well. There is one small smudge in the bottom right hand corner of the front cover.
